I have no real problem with you guys, you sent what I ordered, it just didn't fit so I'll do some more research, and hopefully get the right one next time

Good purchase

I purchased one of these new at an auction for $2000. I fitted it into a cargo van for a commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning business. It cranked up immediately. You can't go wrong with key start. I am having some issues with the burner due to my own misuse but others in the industry with the same machine have not had that issue.

Blades were packaged well, the blades arrived on time, which was a total surprise because they were shipped with USPO. I will make larger + thicker washers to snug-up blade tighter to Brush-hog's center swing arm.

I haven't put it through its paces yet, but appears to be a good machine. Mine came delivered fully assembled with hydraulic thumb and just wrapped in plastic. Hydraulic oil full, very few zerks greased, tiny bit of gas. I spent an extra $700 and installed oil cooler, filter, a few new lines to fit cooler/oil, temp gauge, 12" fan, switches and new hydraulic oil. Overall decent price for the mini-ex. Soon I'll be taking her to trenching and she appears to have plenty of power for it.

Few notes: - she's slow, jerky and had a number of lose connections. Give yourself time to learn controls and make small adjustments, otherwise you end up rocking back and forth fairly hard, even with the blade down. Not much room to get in and out, so don't start the machine till your in it and turn if off before you get out in case your shirt/pants get caught on controls.

I had the unit delivered and had to winch the pallet to the lift gate from a SxS - pallet was loaded sideways so the driver's pallet jack would not fit. I then used a 40hp deere with forks to unload which was close to the max she would lift.

Overall, nothing I didn't expect after researching and happy with the purchase. Only going 4 stars due to lose connections, non-greased zerks.

I was very dissapointed in the purchase. First my purchase was billed on a previous card I used after I entered a different card. I tried using the phone number for sales with no luck. I finally after some tense time got it straightened out. Prior to this trying to get questions answered is almost impossible. No one would return an email to answer my questions. If the system doesn't improve my next purchases will not be with AGT. This alreadu scared off some of my associates because how a customer is treated after the purchase is a big factor in buying future equipment.
