Returns and Exchanges

This policy does not cover the case when the machine is found broken after receiving the machine. If you find your machine broken after receiving it, please check our warranty and refund policy.

1. Eligibility:

• Returns are eligible within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be in its original factory-sealed condition.

2. Return Process:

• The customer must reach out to AGT Industrial and obtain an RMA number to authorize the return
• If your item has not shipped yet, please send an email to us or call our sales team at 1-949-898-7669, and we can cancel your order.
• If your item has shipped, please await the delivery and have it returned to our warehouse. Please send an email to us or call our sales team at 1-949-898-7669. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to AGT Industrial, or the customer may choose to pay AGT Industrial for the shipping return fee.  
• A return fee will be applied in the amount of the original shipping charges incurred to get it delivered to the customers location

3. Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received by AGT Industrial.
• Please note that the customer is liable for the product until it is returned to AGT Industrial.

4. Open Units:

• Returns are not eligible for open and or used units.
• Open units will be subject to warranty support.
