Shipping Policy

At AGT Equipment, we are committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Please review these terms carefully, as they govern your shipment with AGT Equipment.


Shipping Locations and Processing: We proudly ship from our warehouses in California and Chicago to destinations within the United States and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). All orders are processed the next business day.

  • United States: Shipping time for free shipping is typically 7-15 business days.
  • Canada: Please email us your specific address for a quote, including any extra taxes or customs clearance fees. The final cost will be provided before purchase.

Shipping Carriers:

  • Large machines: Shipped via TForce carriers.
  • Small items: Shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier details and a tracking number.


Tracking Your Order: Click on the tracking number in the email to access the tracking page and monitor your delivery.


Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for all orders placed through our website.


Damage or Loss During Shipping: If damage occurs during shipping, you must follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the shipment upon delivery. Thoroughly check the item for any damage before signing the Bill of Lading.
  2. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading and ensure both you and the driver sign it. Failure to note damage on the Bill of Lading will release AGT Equipment and its carriers from any liability.
  3. Full payment for the shipment must be made before initiating a claim for damages. Damage claims may take time to process as the carrier will need the original Bill of Lading.

Important Shipping Terms:

  1. AGT Equipment is responsible for booking freight with licensed and insured carriers. Our responsibility begins when the carrier signs the Bill of Lading at pick-up and ends when the delivery is signed by the recipient.
  2. Personal belongings must not be included in or attached to shipments, as carriers will not insure these items. Any fines for personal belongings will be added to the customer’s balance.
  3. Scheduling is an estimate. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen delays.
  4. Delivery to legitimate physical addresses only. If your address is new or unavailable, coordinate delivery to a known address.
