Ordered the thumb and have had it for over a week now and still haven’t been able to use it because it doesn’t come with the correct fittings to connect the hoses and unable to find them at any of my local hydraulic shops

Fittings adapter don’t fit

I can’t connect the hydraulic hose to the excavator

No directions

I think the value is amazing, the quality appears to be top notch. However, without directions it’s going to take some time to assemble.
For this reason alone it rates a 2 star review.

Needs to be overhauled

I own a agt qh12 so I ordered the agt Hydraulic thumb from agt . Opened box check for instructions and parts. Bolts don't fit in holes had to reamed out holes. Bolts are to long had to shin . Finger and ram are mounted. Try figure where to mount the a/ b block goes. Block are the same hoses work right on one side not the other. Short fitting to mount hoses to block and wrong adapter to hook up to lines on machine. Had new hoses made.
No support from customer service never can reach anyone.
