So, overall I will say that unit does work. The crate and delivery were both good.
The nitrogen bottle that comes with the attachment is not USA compliant and is not able to be filled. I had to purchase a nitrogen tank as well as a cga580 to cga540 adapter in order to make this work. I was told at my local gas company that it wasn't exactly legal. That cost was around $300 total. The nitrogen filler gauge that comes with the unit leaks and barely fits on the attachment nitrogen port. It did work, but some nitrogen was lost in the process. Because of the leak you must shoot a quick blast of gas into the machine while working the plunger. If you attempt to close the valve and read the pressure gauge the gas will leak out. Overfilling was the only way to get a successful charge.
Several nuts and bolts had come loose and were free in the bottom of the crate. I reinstalled and tighten all of the bolts on the unit before use.
There is no manual available for my machine (agt krt23) so it is unclear which hose is for IN and which is for OUT. I guessed and got it right, as far as I can tell.
Overall I am happy with the purchase and cost of the unit. I would purchase again.
If it came with the correct nitrogen components it would be better. The adapter was not available locally, so I had to wait for that to arrive in the mail. It was a lot of extra time and work to get everything functional. So far it does work for breaking up rock and concrete. I am mainly using it to aid in breaking up rock in post holes. The breaker point is short, so it is limited in terms of depth, without widening the hole.
