Parts Restock, Attachment Availability, and Chicago Warehouse Reopening Plans
As we move into May, the AGT Equipment team is preparing for a busy season ahead.
We want to share a quick update on what we are working on behind the scenes.
More Parts Are Coming In
One of our biggest priorities continues to be parts availability.
Over the past few months, we have been working to improve expanding and restocking the parts inventory for AGT machines in the United States. We understand that when a machine is down, having more parts available locally is an important part of improving that experience.
More replacement parts are expected to come in and out of stock over the next few months as shipments arrive, inventory is processed, and demand continues to change.
Some parts may sell out quickly after being restocked, so we recommend checking availability regularly or hitting that “Notify Me” button to get a notification once the item is restocked.
Attachments Will Be Restocked Over the Next Few Months
We also know many customers have been waiting for certain attachments to come back in stock, especially the fork attachment for mini skids.
Several out of stock attachments are expected to be restocked in the coming months. Availability may vary by warehouse and product type, but our goal is to continue improving selection as more inventory arrives.
For customers planning spring and summer projects, this is a good time to review your equipment needs and keep an eye on upcoming restocks.
Seasonal Reminder: Stay Safe and Hydrated
As the weather gets warmer, jobsite safety becomes even more important.
Many of our customers work long hours outdoors in landscaping, agriculture, and property maintenance, so eat, dust, sun exposure, and long operating hours can make the season more demanding. We want to remind everyone to stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and operate safely.
A productive jobsite starts with safe operators. Please look out for your crew, your customers, and yourself during the warmer months ahead.
Chicago Warehouse Reopening Update
We also want to provide an update regarding our Chicago warehouse.
The Chicago warehouse has been closed for a while due to relocation. We know this has affected customers in the Midwest who prefer to walk in and check out machines in person or arrange local pick-ups.
We are currently expecting the Chicago warehouse to re-open in the next few months.
Once re-opened, the Chicago location will help us better support customers who want:
